IN THE MATTER of the application for the Registration of the Birth of Kathleen PearlCarver

Born at Milton in the County of Queens

That Kathleen PearlCarver Whose Birth is sought to be registered was

born at Milton Queens County on October 28, 1924

My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

Memory. Only, my grandmother being the best midwife, delivered many babies if there was a doctor in attendence at my sister's birth (Kathleen Pearl) it would be the late Dr. J. W. Smith of Liverpool. If this birth was registered, it would have been with the late Claude Hartlen or Magistrate E. S. Hendry, both of Milton

Keyword Search looks for the "term" (one word or number works best) you type throughout the whole record. It is less accurate than the advanced search but it does let you search for age, religion, mother's maiden name, etc. if transcribed.
