My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

1. Annexed hereto is a certificate of baptism made before I was four years old, which is annexed hereto marked exhibit "A" of this my affidavit 2. I have been told on many occasions by my deceased parents that I was born on the 2nd day of March 1924. I have celebrated my birthday on this day and my age if consistent with birth in that year
