My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:
1. A leaf in the family bible of William Andrew Rae and his wife Beatrice Marie Elliott which is inscribed "George Elliott Rae, born June 19, 1924" 2. I attended Meadowville School with the applicant and have always known him to celebrate his birthday on the 19th of June.
