My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

I am the applicant's older sister. I was six years old at the time of the applicant's birth. I will be 58 in August of this year and my sister, the applicant will be 52 in September of this year. We have always celebrated the applicant's birthday on September 9th. The applicant and myself grew up in the family home until such time as we finished school and got married.
