I have examined what is purported to be a copy of the Yarmouth Herald which I found in the Yarmouth County Historical Society, Yarmouth, NS. The said newspaper is described as follows: "The Yarmouth Herald, Volume 91, No. 45, Tuesday, June 17th, 1924". Among the entries, the following appears at page 6: "Births: At Yarmouth, June 15, to Mr. & Mrs. J. Arthur Cann, a son, Weldon Ward"
