My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

That I am the father of the said Ronald John MacKenzie and know that the facts set forth in the preceding application are true and correct. I have perused the certificate of Baptism of the said Ronald John MacKenzie, which is attached hereto and which states that the said child was born at Sydney, Nova Scotia, on February 18, 1924. I think the 19th of February is correct. His birthday was always celebrated on the 19th February.
