AFFIDAVIT

IN THE MATTER of the application for the Registration of the Birth of Harry LloydMiller

Born at Acaciaville in the County of Digby

That Harry LloydMiller Whose Birth is sought to be registered was

born at Acaciaville Digby County on March 5, 1923

My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

Harry's sister Ellen (Miller) Barton and I are the same age. (ellen was born on February 4, 1921, while I was born on March 17, 1921). Harry was almost 2 years younger born March 5, 1923. His sister, Ellen, who still lives in the area attests to this fact. We all attended school round the same time although we have no records to show Harry left school at an early age. It is known that when he worked for Hartley Balser he raised his age to drive a truck.

Keyword Search looks for the "term" (one word or number works best) you type throughout the whole record. It is less accurate than the advanced search but it does let you search for age, religion, mother's maiden name, etc. if transcribed.
