AFFIDAVIT

IN THE MATTER of the application for the Registration of the Birth of Henry JosephMombourquette

Born at South Bar in the County of Cape Breton

That Henry JosephMombourquette Whose Birth is sought to be registered was

born at South Bar Cape Breton County on March 27, 1923

My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

He was baptized in St. Alphonse Roman Catholic Church and made his first Communion there. Papers were destroyed in fire in Church. School records in South Bar School. they only have ten years back. He was in the Merchant Marines and went overseas in 1941. He came home 4 or 5 years later.

Keyword Search looks for the "term" (one word or number works best) you type throughout the whole record. It is less accurate than the advanced search but it does let you search for age, religion, mother's maiden name, etc. if transcribed.
