I am married to Marshall Hopkins, the brother of the applicant, Ida Elizabeth Hopkins and have known the aforesaid Ida Elizabeth Hopkins since 1927. I have observed her certificate of baptism indicating the date and place of birth and my husband and I are presently in possession of the family bible which bears the inscription: "Ida Elizabeth Hopkins, November 16, 1923"
