My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

I, Cecelia Timmons McLeod daughter of Angus Timmons & Jessie Currie was 20 (twenty) years of age when this infant was born at the home of my parents and I distinctly recall circumstances surrounding the birth which occurred during a severe blizzard. Doctor had difficulty getting through.
