My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

That I am the older brother of Harold James Emberley. I was born in 1910 and was 13 years old when my brother was born. I recall the details of the birth and will certify that he was born at our home in 1923. As children we always celebrated his birthday on the 20th of April. Attached to this declaration is a certificate from St. Mary's Basilica, indicating the date of birth being the 20th day of April, 1923.
