My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

I have been a neighbour of the Applicants parents continuously from the time of her birth to the present. I am now 80 years of age and at the time of the said birth I was 29 years old. The Applicant reside in Goldboro from the time of her birth until the age of 19 years and during this period was seen by me on an almost daily basis.
