My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

That I was living in Halifax at the time of birth of Ethel Ash and visited at the home of her parents when she was about one week old. After her mother's death, I had the children in my home for a short period of time due to small quarters. She, her sister and 2 brothers had to be placed in the orphanage. I have been in touch with her all her life which she has spent in Halifax.
