Pursuant to an Application made to the County Court for District Number One, at Halifax, NS under the provisions of Section 7 of the Vital Statistics Act of NS for a Finding His Honour Hanson T. Dowell made a finding, on January 18th, AD, 1965, that Helen Adeline McNeil was born at Trenton, Pictou Co., NS on April 8, 1923 and that her parents were John McNeil, father and Mabel McNeil, mother.
