That Olive EttaGillespie Whose Birth is sought to be registered was

born at Sydney Cape Breton County on October 18, 1923

My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

That the said Olive Etta Gillespie is the 5th child of myself and late wife mary Gillespie, deceased. I remember the date of her birth from my own recollection and also that she was baptized by Rev. J. G. Stones on the 31st of December A.D. 1923 as is shown by certificate of Baptism attached hereto as Exhibit "A" to this my affidavit.
