I am the father of Donald Norman Tinkham. I was at home when my son was born and remember the date very well as I have another son born 14 months before so I remember the date in that way. I also have the school record to prove the date of his birth. I have examined the school record and find the above was 16 years, 5 days old at the closing of the term on June 30th, 1939.
