My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

Gordon Kenneth Harrington was made a ward of the Children's Aid Society of Halifax on April 6, 1925. At that time, I personally interviewed the mother, Beatrice Harrington, at 84 Creighton Street. And the information secured by the Court at the time the child Gordon Harrington was made a ward of this Society, from the mother who was under oath.
