My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

That I am the Secretary of Halifax Infants' Home and I have in my custody the records of the Home which include the records of the birth of the aforementioned Daisy Olive Oickle, and such records disclose that the aforementioned Daisy Olive Oickle was born on the 25th day of December 1921. The said child was adopted by W. Webster McCann and Hazel McCann, then of 65 Sherman Street, Portland Maine, and now of 100 Orchard Street, Belmont, Massachusetts. All of the foregoing information being found in the said files.
