My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

I am the eldest daughter of Dan and Elizabeth MacPhee and was 13 years of age at the time of James Russell MacPhees birth. I was living at home at this time and have a clear recollection of the events surrounding this birth. Dr. J. G. B. Lynch was the medical doctor in attendance.
