My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

1. I am advised and do verily believe that Kathleen Zwicker nee McLaughlin has since her birth celebrated her birthday on the 15th day of April (1922) 2. That the Certificate of Baptism of Kathleen Zwicker (nee McLaughlin) shows the place and date of birth as Charleston, April 15, 1922, said Certificate of Baptism being dated October 1, 1944, a true copy of which is attached hereto.
