My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

My birth date is duly entered in my mothers handwriting in the family bible now in the possession of my sister (Mrs. Dorothy Mae Warman), Bowbrick, Shelburne, Box 613, thomas Street. I was baptized at 3 years of age by the Minister of the United Church at Imperoyal, Halifax I was entered on the Church cradle roll at 3-4 months of age. Photocopy of page of bible attached.
