AFFIDAVIT

IN THE MATTER of the application for the Registration of the Birth of Edna ElizabethLeClair

Born at Glace Bay in the County of Cape Breton

That Edna ElizabethLeClair Whose Birth is sought to be registered was

born at Glace Bay Cape Breton County on January 31, 1922

My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

I am one and the same person as Edna Elizabeth LeClair. I lived in Glace Bay with my family until 1945. I have always believed, as told to me by my parents, that I was born at Glace Bay on the 31st day of January 1922. this fact is supported by the certificate of baptism from St. Josephs Church, Reserve Mines.

Keyword Search looks for the "term" (one word or number works best) you type throughout the whole record. It is less accurate than the advanced search but it does let you search for age, religion, mother's maiden name, etc. if transcribed.
