My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

My parents informed me of my birth date, also I was told that my brother John was two years older than me and he will be 62 years old this July and my sister Mary is one year older and she will be 61 years in July. My baptism certificate will bear this out.
