My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

I am an older brother of William Philip MacGibbon being approximately 6 years older than William Philip MacGibbon. I distinctly remember the date of his birth & I remember taking him to school when he attended school in our home town. William Philip MacGibbon always gave the above date as his birthday. I saw him growing up to manhood.
