My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

I am the older brother of the said Maurice Kowal who was born at Sydney on January 5, 1922. I was eleven years of age when my brother was born and distinctly remember all birthday celebrations by my family. My own birth certificate was issued in the name of "Harry Kowal". All school records of both myself and my brother were in the name of "Kowal" and his marriage certificate was issued in the name of Maurice "Kowal"
