My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

She was the third child born to me and my husband at Martins River and the last one to be born in our old house in that place. I had my ministers wife enter record of this date of birth immediately after her birth in our family bible. (see affidavit of Commissioner attached)
