born at Bridgewater Lunenburg County on May 3, 1922

My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

The applicant came to the home of my fathers sister, Mabel Allan and her husband, Gilbert Nelsen Allan in April 1929, aat the age of six years, eleven months and entered the Pugwash School in September 1929 under the name of Noreen Hyacinth Allan. The details of this adoption were handled by Judge Blois of Halifax, now deceased.
