My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

I am the sister of Charles Kenneth Chandler. I was born on April 12, 1910 and was therefore 12 years old when Charles Kenneth Chandler was born. My mother, Noreen MacLeod Chandler was sick for a number of months after the birth of Charles Kenneth Chandler and for this reason, the date stuck in my mind.
