My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

Evidence of his baptismal certificate and the fact that I am his father and distinctly remember the date and circumstances of his birth. The name "Daniel Jos" in an error. He was intended to be called Donald Joseph MacDonald, as been entered on school records as Donald Joseph MacDonald and also on the payroll of his employer the Canadian National Railway as Donald Joseph MacDonald.
