born at Sydney Cape Breton County on August 21, 1922
My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:
I was the physician attending Mrs. Jennie E. Nicholson, wife of Donald Angus Nicholson, at Whitney Pier, Sydney, on the 21st of August, 1922, during a confinement on which date the said Jennie E. Nicholson gave birth to a female child, now known as Irene Elizabeth Nicholson. These facts are contained in my records. (affidavit attached) - signed Dr. A. Calder
