AFFIDAVIT

IN THE MATTER of the application for the Registration of the Birth of Lloyd GeorgeGough

Born at Truro in the County of Colchester

That Lloyd GeorgeGough Whose Birth is sought to be registered was

born at Truro Colchester County on May 12, 1921

My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

I am the surviving brother of Philip Anthony Gough who, with his wife, Bessie Bough, adopted said Lloyd George Gough on the 10th day of March 1923, having maintained him in their home since the 2nd day of June, 1922. I know that Lloyd George Gough is the child referred to in the records of the Halifax Infants Home as Murray Found, alias Murray Found Stewart (a copy of which records are annexed hereto) and I know the facts of his birth and age from said records and from personal knowledge of him at the time he was taken in by my brother and his wife.

Keyword Search looks for the "term" (one word or number works best) you type throughout the whole record. It is less accurate than the advanced search but it does let you search for age, religion, mother's maiden name, etc. if transcribed.
