My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

That I recall circumstances of birth as this preceded the death of my brother on January 3, 1922, and I can recall the particulars from my visit to the MacDonald home following the funeral of my brother and that I was approximately Eighteen (18) years of age at that particular time. That the enclosed photograph marked Exhibit "A" by the Notary swearing me to this my affidavit shows my brother's tombstone.
