My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

On various evidence which was considered by His Honour Judge A.R. Lusby at the County Court of Nova Scotia for District Number Five, as a result of which he made a finding, establishing my date of birth as having been August 22nd, 1921. A certified copy of which finding is attached hereto.
