My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:
At the time of birth of John David Wilcox I was a close friend and neighbour of the parent of John David Wilcox and lived across the street from the Wilcox family. At the time I resdied at 638 Gordon Street, Glace Bay, while the Wilcox family resided at 631 Gordon Street, Glace Bay. I recall the fact and date of the birth of John David Wilcox because my son Thomas Allen McIsaac was born on September 21, 1921. Hospital Record
