IN THE MATTER of the application for the Registration of the Birth of Mary Irene d'EntremontMacdonald

Born at Halifax in the County of Halifax

That Mary Irene d'EntremontMacdonald Whose Birth is sought to be registered was

born at Halifax Halifax County on November 22, 1921

My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

Mary Irene d'Entremont Macdonald's mother died at her birth. The child always resided at my home unitl a few years ago. I know that she was born at Halifax on Nov 22nd 1921, her birthday was always celebrated on that day. The Baptism record shows the surname incorredly spelled with a capital "D".

Keyword Search looks for the "term" (one word or number works best) you type throughout the whole record. It is less accurate than the advanced search but it does let you search for age, religion, mother's maiden name, etc. if transcribed.
