My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

From my earliest recollection, I have known February 19th, 1920 as my birthdate. That date was celebrated as my birthday while a child and was used in the church record. Any inference that I was born in Plympton, if any, arising from the church record is in error.
