I, Carrie MacKenzie Morris, aunt of Henry William MacKenzie, his father Dan MacKenzie's sister, (born in 1899), kept house for my sister-in-law Mary Marr MacKenzie when Henry William MacKenzie was born, June 24th, 1920, attended Dr. John MacDonald as mid-wife (Signed by Carrie Morris)
