My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

1. I have been told that this was my birth date by my foster parents, Thomas & Mabel Fisher. Thomas Fisher signed the document marked Exhibit "B" when he became my foster parent and he gave this document to me for safe keeping. 2. Census Report marked Exhibit "A" showing I was 10 in 1931 which would make me 11 by Octoberof 1931.
