My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

I hereby testify that I very clearly remember that on the 9th day of May 1920, Eugene Commo father of Freda Rogers arrived by horse and buggy to the north side of the Stewiacke River to call Mrs. Alexander Kent and summoned Dr. H.B. Havey to attend to the birth of the above mentioned Freda (Rogers) Commo, who was born a few hours later. - Gordon E. Gibbon
