Born at Western Head in the County of Queens

That William RonaldTarr Whose Birth is sought to be registered was

born at Western Head Queens County on February 15, 1920

My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

1. I was informed by my father William Herbert Tarr and my mother Annie Estella Tarr that I was born February 15, 1920 and my birthday has always been marked on the date and my acknowledged age has always been consistent with my birth in 1920. 2. My birth was recorded in our Family Bible - see attached Certificate.

Keyword Search looks for the "term" (one word or number works best) you type throughout the whole record. It is less accurate than the advanced search but it does let you search for age, religion, mother's maiden name, etc. if transcribed.
