My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

The person who brought me up, Mrs. Robert Cook, inscribed my date of birth in a church hymnal before she died. She also told me where she was born. I moved from Nova Scotia to B.C. (White Rock) in 1927with Mr. and Mrs. Robert Cook and have lived in B.C. ever since. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Cook died in 1967.
