AFFIDAVIT

IN THE MATTER of the application for the Registration of the Birth of Catherine Marguerite J.Perrin

Born at North Sydney in the County of Cape Breton

That Catherine Marguerite J.Perrin Whose Birth is sought to be registered was

born at North Sydney Cape Breton County on September 6, 1920

My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

Certificate of Baptism dated the 24th day of June 1942 at North Sydney. Church records show that family sir name (sic.) incorrectly spelled. Correct spelling being Perrin as per records for older children

Keyword Search looks for the "term" (one word or number works best) you type throughout the whole record. It is less accurate than the advanced search but it does let you search for age, religion, mother's maiden name, etc. if transcribed.

Note: Document has the first name Katherine typed but the K is crossed out and replaced by the letter C. Multiple documents attached.
