My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

1. I am the sister of Mary Christena English (sometimes known as May English), the mother of Frank English above-named. 2. I lived in New Ross, Village of Thorburn, during the year 1920 and many years prior and subsequent thereto. 3. My sister, Mary Christena English, gave birth to twin children on March 18, 1920, one male and one female. 4. The male child was named Frank English 5. Mary Christena English was born on or about the 17th day of April, 1896, and her whereabouts are presently unknown.
