That Jessie MayWright Whose Birth is sought to be registered was

born at Halifax Halifax County on April 17, 1920

My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

A certificate of Baptism attached hereto showing that I was baptised at St. Mary's Basilica, by Rev. D.J. MacPherson on October 10, 1940 which said certificate indicates my birth date as April 17, 1920 and that my parents were Norman Wright and Jessie Hartland and (2) a letter from the Dominion Bureau of Statistics showing a record of my birth in the Census Years 1921 and 1931.
