My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

I have always been informed by my parents that the date of my birth was February 4, 1920, and have seen an entry to this effect in my Mother's bible. This Bible has now been lost. My recollection is borne out by Census Records, and also by Certificate of Registration, from the Dominion Bureau of Statistics, attached hereto.
