born at Halifax Halifax County on April 28, 1920

My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

School record and affidavit attached. I am a cousin of his mothers and was on intimate terms with her. Although I was not present at his birth, I saw the child within a few weeks thereafter when his mother brought him to the home of her parents, and her parents brought him up. His mother is now deceased. Furthermore, I gave birth to my child Frances Louise Lowe on April 24th, 1920, four days earlier and for that reason, I distinctly remember the date of the birth of this child.
