I am the adoptive mother and have personal knowledge of the facts. The child was adopted by my husband and I under adoption order no. 5798 in Pictou,NS on May 2, 1922 and has since been known as Rita Doris McDuff. The child was baptised under the name Rita Doris McDuff as per Baptism certificate attached.
