AFFIDAVIT

IN THE MATTER of the application for the Registration of the Birth of Leona GertrudeHardie

Born at Westchester in the County of Cumberland

That Leona GertrudeHardie Whose Birth is sought to be registered was

born at Westchester Cumberland County on July 23, 1920

My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

I am the mother of the child whose birth is to be registered. I have kept close track of all my children's birthdays and am quite certain and assured in my own mind that Leona Gertrude's birthday is July 23rd and that she was born in 1920 being thirty-two years of age now. I also copied the birth date in our bible which is still in my possession.

Keyword Search looks for the "term" (one word or number works best) you type throughout the whole record. It is less accurate than the advanced search but it does let you search for age, religion, mother's maiden name, etc. if transcribed.
