AFFIDAVIT

IN THE MATTER of the application for the Registration of the Birth of Edmund RogerHollingsworth

Born at Camden in the County of Colchester

That Edmund RogerHollingsworth Whose Birth is sought to be registered was

born at Camden Colchester County on November 9, 1920

My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

From School records firth year attendance I was 7 years 7 months 21 days on the 30 Day of June 1928, also from a record kept by Mrs. Elizabeth Henderson of our whole family which states that I am born on November 9, 1920 (affidavit from memory attached). I have examined both of these records and find that the above as stated is correct

Keyword Search looks for the "term" (one word or number works best) you type throughout the whole record. It is less accurate than the advanced search but it does let you search for age, religion, mother's maiden name, etc. if transcribed.
