My knowledge of the fact and date of such Birth is based on the following Circumstances:

I am a brother-in-law of Eleanor Maud Isabel Buck. I know she is a twin sister of Grace Chesley Chandler Buck, whose birth is on record in the office of the registrar general as having occured on October 29, 1920. Registration of this latter birth was made on an affidavit made by her father, Chesley DeMille Buck.
